The need for Dental Care must surely be immense. 700000 people have no homes, very little sanitation and the only the most basic of health care. We can scarcely imagine the deprivation, and destitution of a city of three million people.
As was mentioned in "The Letter" I am of the opinion that our response should be in the middle to long term. In that the multinationals will be capable of hopefully solving some of the immediate crisis, we may be better contributing to some of the more long term issues.
